1. Order Processing Times
We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak seasons, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- Weight
- Dimensions
- Destination
- Selected shipping method
Estimated delivery times:

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide.
If your address is outside our standard shipping zone, you will be notified before your order is processed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number (if applicable)
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to ensure on‑time delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Holiday congestion
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is handed over.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may not ship to P.O. Boxes. If we cannot deliver to your provided address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us at [Your Email] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the item(s).
- Email them to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Allow 24–48 hours for potential delayed delivery
- Contact us if the package cannot be located
We will assist you, although we cannot guarantee replacements for confirmed stolen packages.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
- You may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
- Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping fees.
9. International Taxes & Duties (if applicable)
For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in our pricing or shipping rates.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
